This is essentially the same model as the other QB900B listing, but claimed to be in excellent used condition. The single speed is a real limitation—you can't adjust for different tasks. The 400W motor is adequate for soft blends but won't pulverize ice as effectively as higher-watt models. The 48oz bowl is a decent size for most jobs. The 4-blade design chops evenly. For $49.99, it's a fair price if you need a simple processor and trust the condition. I'd still recommend checking the blade sharpness and motor noise.
